Frequently Asked Questions

Which chandelier size should I choose?

The 8- or 12-light version suits most dining rooms. Choose 16 lights for larger tables and 20 lights for double-height foyers, staircases or rooms with ceilings above 12 feet.

Which bulbs does the chandelier use?

It uses E12 bulbs in North America or E14 bulbs in Europe. The 12-, 16- and 20-light versions also include four G4 accent sockets. Warm white LED bulbs are recommended.

Are variations in the glass normal?

Yes. Each petal is individually formed, so slight bubbles, tonal differences and variations in shape are natural characteristics of hand-blown art glass.

Can the glass color or suspension length be customized?

Yes. Amber, clear, green and pink glass options are available, and additional rod sections may be requested to suit higher ceilings.

What ceiling support is required?

Because the fixture weighs approximately 22–68 lb / 10–31 kg, it must be secured to concrete or a reinforced structural beam. It is unsuitable for an unreinforced drywall or sloped ceiling.
