This is the Frontier20 Simply Grey Double Mesh, 24x24 in a concrete face. Frontier20 is the 20 mm outdoor programme, thick enough to be laid dry on gravel, sand or pedestals.
Poured concrete cracks, needs grinding and needs sealing; this is the flat mineral face without any of that. Mesh backing holds the layout, which is what makes a mosaic practical on a shower floor or a backsplash.
The body is 20 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. One box covers 3.88 sq ft, 1 piece.
It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
