This is the Frontier20 Michelangelo Extra White Riser, 12x48 in a marble face. Frontier20 is the 20 mm outdoor programme, thick enough to be laid dry on gravel, sand or pedestals.

The veining is printed at a scale that lets a large tile carry a full run of movement rather than a repeating fragment. A riser is the vertical face of a step, the piece you see when you look at a flight from the front.

The body is 20 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. It is sold by the box, 2.58 sq ft per box and 1 piece in it.

This one is made to order, so allow production time rather than treating it as a shelf item. It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
