Blue Leather Medallion Ceramic Accent Tiles 6x6 Description

Medallion is a 6x6 blue ceramic accent tile with a leather surface. Square and small, it works as a repeated unit rather than a field, and each piece covers a quarter of a square foot.

Square, rustic, single colour

Squares behave predictably, which is useful when a tile carries this much colour. Style is logged as rustic and the finish as leather, giving a surface with texture but no shine. The body runs 3/8 inch. Blue ceramic tiles of this depth tend to read almost black in a dim corner and fully blue near a window, so placement changes the result more than the grout does. Grout choice matters more with a colour this strong: a pale line draws a grid over the wall, while a darker one lets the field close up into a single block of colour.

  • Predictable module A 6x6 square sets out cleanly against most existing fields.
  • Texture without gloss Leather finish gives the face grip and a matte read.

Interior walls

Residential interior walls is what the record shows, bathroom the room. Sold by the piece at 0.25 square feet, so a panel of nine pieces covers a little over two square feet. Ceramic cuts easily where a piece meets a corner or a fitting. Because pieces are individually counted, it is easy to buy exactly the panel you have drawn and no more.

  • Quarter of a foot Each piece covers 0.25 square feet, which makes mental maths quick.
  • Wall rated The listing covers residential interior walls.

Why we chose it

  • Strong colour A deep blue does the work without needing a pattern behind it.
  • Easy count Quarter square foot pieces make quantities simple to check.
  • Nothing to seal Glazed ceramic asks for no sealer, only cleaning.

Care

Wipe with a household tile cleaner. Textured finishes hold a little more dirt in the grain than polished ones, so an occasional soft brush keeps the colour clear. Sealing is not part of the routine.
