Essence Montauk White Anti-Slip Grip Slate Look Porcelain Tiles 12x24

This is the Essence Montauk White Grip, 12x24 in a slate face. Essence keeps the cleft texture of slate and drops the flaking that comes with the real stone.

Slate is split rather than sawn, so its face has a shallow cleft texture, and that texture is pressed into this tile. The grip surface is the slip resistant version of the same face, made for steps, pool edges and floors that get wet.

The body is 9 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. One box covers 13.56 sq ft, 7 pieces.

It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
