Essence California Gold Slate Look Porcelain Tiles 3x12

Essence California Gold, 3x12, a porcelain tile with a slate face. Essence keeps the cleft texture of slate and drops the flaking that comes with the real stone.

A cleft slate face gives grip underfoot, which is why slate ends up in entries and mudrooms in the first place. Rated for kitchens, bathrooms and open living areas, on either surface.

The body is 9 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. It is sold by the box, 3.26 sq ft per box and 15 pieces in it.

Production is domestic, from the Mount Pleasant, Tennessee plant.
